We book time in an engineers diary and once that time is booked we for obvious reasons do not re book that time,
therefore it is our Company policy to charge for Missed or Cancelled Appointments.

  • If an engineer is visiting your premises you will be charged for their time even if you do not wish to carry out recommendations made.
  • Please make sure you have all device access codes and passwords, we will assist as best we can if these are not available.
  • In the event of the issue being caused by outside factors beyond our control such as line issues our fees still apply.
