We keep backup simple, but there has to be rules, we just want to make sure we are all on the same page and make sure that we both know our expectations.

Setting up the backup takes between 20 minutes and 1:30 hours typically, therefore we set up backups on 6 month rolling contracts. If you want to know at any time when your contract started please give us a call. Once the initial 6 months is up you will be “holding over” and must give 30 days notice of intention to cancel the contract.

We do not give refunds the relative low cost of the service and the time invested by our engineers means that we will not give refunds under any circumstances.

While we will set up email reports to let you know what’s being backed up and any errors ; and while we will check these reports our end please be aware we have over 100 reports per day to check and so ultimately it is your responsibility to check that backups are being performed successfully and that the data being passed to our servers is free from corruption. To be clear the monies paid to us on the backup plan are for use of our Cloud Servers for backup purposes.
